We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Senior Business Development Executive (Sr.BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in bidding on platforms
like Upwork, and work on lead conversion, and technical understanding of various technologies. You will play a key role in sales team, driving business growth, and building lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
• Identify and bid on relevant projects on platforms like Upwork.
• Convert bids into successful business deals through effective negotiation and client
communication.
• Develop and apply an effective sales strategy to boost revenue.
Team & Target Management
• Lead and manage a team of BDEs, ensuring they achieve their sales targets.
• Assign and monitor leads while providing training and support to enhance
performance.
• Conduct team sessions on sales techniques and technical understanding.
Client Communication & Relationship Building
• Engage in client calls, negotiations, and follow-ups to close deals.
• Ensure timely responses to client inquiries and concerns.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for recurring business.
Technical Knowledge & Consultation
• Must have a strong understanding of technologies like LAMP, MEAN, MERN,
WebRTC, Marketplaces, Web Portals, etc.
• Guide clients on project scope, features, and cost estimations.
• Work with the development team to align project requirements with client
expectations.
Reporting & Strategy Execution
• Provide daily reports to the Sales Head on progress and targets.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.

✔ Proven experience in bidding on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
✔ Strong team leadership, client management, and negotiation skills.
✔ Ability to understand technical requirements and create project proposals.
✔ Experience in feature listing and cost estimation.
✔ Target-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude.
