- Team Management
- Team Targets Management
- Team Training Sessions
- Lead Search + Filtration and assigning it to the team
- Review cover letters by team, new approaches for cover letters
- Requires Less Supervision: Complete Team Management and Client Management Skills to achieve targets
- Management, communication, and client calls are reverted
- Feature Listing and Cost Estimation experience
- Previous knowledge of working with Custom Stacks such as LAMP, MEAN, MERN, WebRTC, Marketplaces, Web portals, etc
- Reporting daily to the sales head
- Target Oriented and Proactive Attitude
