We are looking for a Product Manager to lead our Service Team. This role focuses on ensuring smooth execution of service-related tasks, team coordination, and tracking progress efficiently. The ideal candidate should be proactive in getting tasks done, collecting regular updates, and improving operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Coordination & Task Management
• Work closely with the service team to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Track ongoing activities, remove roadblocks, and facilitate smooth task execution.
• Regularly follow up with team members to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Process Monitoring & Updates
• Ensure the team follows standard processes and updates task statuses regularly.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding task progress, delays, or
challenges.
• Gather and organize reports on completed and pending tasks.
Requirement Gathering & Documentation
• Prepare and manage key documentation:
• SRS (Software Requirements Specification) – Defines system functionalities and
technical requirements.
• BRD (Business Requirements Document) – Outlines business goals and service team objectives.
• FRD (Functional Requirements Document) – Details specific team tasks, processes, and
workflows.
Cross-functional Collaboration
• Coordinate with other departments (development, sales, and management) to ensure
seamless workflow.
• Assist the team in resolving issues, setting priorities, and optimizing performance.
Performance Tracking & Continuous Improvement
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the service team.
• Identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements.
• Ensure that feedback from the service team is implemented for better efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience:
✔ 5+ years of experience in Product Management (preferably in IT services).
✔ Strong leadership and team management skills.
✔ Experience in tracking team tasks and ensuring process adherence.
✔ Familiarity with Agile methodologies, service workflows, and documentation.
✔ Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
✔ Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
